Planning and Upcoming Dicamba Meetings

Jan 16, 2019

As our temperatures have cooled down and are predicted to get cooler for the next few days, we are still gaining sunlight every day. Since January 1 we have gained about 1.18 minutes (71 seconds) of possible sunlight every day. From January 1 to 31 we will have gained 52 minutes of possible sunlight or about 1.67 minutes (100 seconds) every day. The take home message from this information is that before we know it, spring will be upon us. Let’s take some time now and plan with your local Central Farm Service Agronomist and Central Advantage person about what needs to be done for this upcoming growing season.
